VR ATTENDANTS

Role Overview
We are looking for three highly motivated individuals with strong knowledge in both VR Experience and PC Technology to join our team on a contract basis. The work will be between the 21st and 25th of May, from 10 am to 8 pm daily, at the MFCC during an EXPO where we will have multiple VR setups and several PCs on showcase. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding visitors through engaging VR experiences and providing technical assistance for any issues that may arise with our PC setups.

Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided on the first day to ensure a smooth experience for both you and the expo attendees.

Key Responsibilities
 – Welcome and guide participants through both the VR setup process and the PC demonstrations, ensuring a comfortable and engaging experience for everyone.
 – Deliver clear and concise instructions on VR equipment usage, safety protocols, and basic PC interactions.
 – Troubleshoot basic VR hardware and software issues, as well as address common PC-related problems, to maintain a seamless experience.
 – Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and functional VR and PC environment throughout the project.
 – Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and memorable experience for all expo participants.

Qualifications
 – Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
 – Ability to explain technical concepts related to both VR and PCs in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
 – A genuine interest and passion for technology, including both Virtual Reality and Personal Computers.
 – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 – Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to new situations quickly.
 – Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
 – Previous experience in event operations with GMR is advantageous.
